Condev Construction is building the 63-apartment project that features 1, 2 and 3 bedroom residences which are due for completion in November 2017.

Colliers International have been appointed to sell the remaining apartments.

Hong Kong billionaire Stanley Ho and his company Hungtat Worldwide has owned the site for 20 years as part of the larger 380 hectare land holding which encompasses the iconic Palm Meadows Golf Course, designed by Australian golfer Graham Marsh.

“This is the first phase of a multi-stage development within the Palm Meadows golfing precinct,” Hickey Management’s Tony Hickey said, who is managing the development on behalf of Stanley Ho.

“Owner occupiers are also showing keen interest due to the central location and the lifestyle attributes of Élevé.

“In the space of a few weeks we have achieved 7 sales, which are at various stages of the contract process.”

Each Élevé apartment bears the mark of Archidiom Design, the architectural firm responsible for some of the Asia-Pacific region’s most striking interior and exterior designs.

Élevé’s lifestyle apartments are designed for contemporary indoor-outdoor living and making the most of the Gold Coast’s gorgeous year-round climate.

Each apartment flows from open-plan interior living spaces to oversized balconies to maximise Élevé’s elevated views over the Gold Coast.

Mr Hickey said in order to entice further purchases, the developer was offering to pay 12 months’ body corporate levies for residents and was also planning on adding free window furnishings for apartments.

“Élevé is exceptionally located in the green heart of the Gold Coast, bordering 1.3ha of rejuvenated parkland, yet it is only short drive away from the Gold Coast beaches, shopping and lifestyle amenities,” Colliers International’s Tony Hymus said, who is marketing the project.

“The first-class resort amenities include landscaped outdoor entertainment space and swimming pool.”
