Update | Bloom Coomera | May 2017

Situated on some of the most elevated land in Coomera, the first stage of
luxury homesare currently under construction at Bloom Coomera.

Stage 5B (Bloom’s first stage) Civil Works are now fully complete with
housing construction well underway.  Stage 7A and 7B civil construction
is well progressed with earthworks completed across these stages.
Sewer and stormwater reticulation has commenced on these stages and
is progressing well.  Internal road construction will also commence in

Exciting Update - FV Secures Australia’s leading Building Manager following an extensive international campaign
I am very excited to announce that our vision to create a truly world class residential and retail precinct at FV has been further solidified by the appointment of Australia’s leading building manager for FV, one who can deliver the 5 star standard we expect and demand for this precinct with the resources and balance sheet behind it to offer you only the best.
As you would be aware, we conducted an extensive international expression of interest campaign for the building management rights at FV to ensure that the right operator would be secured, who in turn would deliver on our vision and our commitment to you.
We had an amazing response from a large range of prospective managers including small private operators, large private businesses, Australian listed and unlisted hotel and management rights businesses and also international hotel and management groups specialising in long term leasing. We quickly short-listed preferred parties that had the
capacity
and experience to meet our objectives. It was critical that the chosen operator:
  1. Represent the 5 star standard and quality of the precinct;
  2. Have the resources and experience to manage the building at the standard and quality we demand from
    Day 1;
  3. Have the people/staff, experience and systems to manage such a substantial long term rental portfolio;
  4. Have immediate access to a large tenant pool and to a large database of tenants and corporate relocation
    clients;
  5. Have a proven track record of managing such a significant precinct of this quality, which is difficult to find
    across the globe;
  6. Have the financial strength and balance sheet to be able to conduct a large marketing campaign for rentals
    and run the business operations for the long term;
  7. Have a strong brand presence in Australia that is renowned for 5 star quality service; and
  8. Provide great add on benefits and flexibility for owners and investors.
Following this campaign, we are absolutely thrilled to announce that we have been able to secure the enviable 5 star level ‘Peppers’ brand, owned by the Mantra Group.
Mantra as a group were always our first preference. This is due to a number of reasons, particularly:
  1. Mantra Group’s major focus on further expanding their long term rental business;
  2. Mantra Group’s impeccable track record and experience in managing luxury properties all over the globe,
    further cementing FV’s position as a world-class mixed use 5 star precinct:
  1. The strength of its balance sheet, ensuring its ability to respond to market movements and protect owners’ investment at all times;
  2. The resources to be able to ensure maximum marketing and media spend is conducted to ensure all tenants in the market are first attracted to FV; and
  3. The internationally recognized and renowned Peppers brand, which is synonymous with 5 star service, amenity and quality.
The luxury Peppers brand was critical to the appointment of Mantra Group as building manager, with the building to be known as ‘FV by Peppers’. This heralds the arrival of the Peppers brand in Brisbane and represents a continuation of Mantra Group’s strategic direction to grow the permanent rentals arm of the brand.
Mantra Group CEO, Bob East, reported:

I am personally very excited to have the experience, brand and capabilities of such an incredible operator to see my own vision not only delivered but also ensure that the buildings and amenity continue to be run and maintained at the 5 star level that has become synonymous with FV.
We are absolutely confident that Peppers, with the strength of the Mantra Group business behind it, is the right operator to bring this vision to life and ensure this iconic project delivers even more than we were able to dream for you as a very important client of our business.

In the meantime, I spent last week on site at FV inspecting the prototype apartment and signing off all lobby and amenity finishes and detailing, and am very excited to share some recent images with you, which really show our vision becoming a reality.

FV No.1 Construction Update - January 2017

As a developer we are proud to stand behind our vision and see our projects come to life just as we had imagined them in our initial renders. The rooftop amenity in our third FV tower, No.1 is set to exemplify our vision for a five-star resort-style facility complete with sunken underwater lounge areas, an expansive pool wrapping around half the building, private spa areas and a sundeck. Construction on No.1 has recently commenced and is expected to reach completion in 2019.
