Settlement Timing Construction continues to progress well with the structure now complete on Sakura, Keshi and Sayuri buildings.  

Fitout works to these buildings have now commenced with joinery being installed on lower levels and glazing being installed on the upper levels along with services rough-in being completed. We are very excited to see our luxury living vision for Ikebana becoming a reality. The building remains on schedule for settlement in mid-October this year.
